My first language is not English so sorry for grammar mistakes
My configuration is...

PSU: XFX PRO 450W
MoBo: AsRock H81M-VG4 rev 3.0
CPU: i5-4570
RAM: Kingston HyperX 1600 C9 2x4GB
GPU: Radeon RX 570 4GB

SSD: Kingston A400 120GB
HDD: WD Blue 500GB (2010)

First I realised this problem when I did the benchmark (UserBenchmark - https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28192054 ), it said ˙˙Performing below potential (7th percentile) - Ensure that this drive is connected to a SATA 3.0 port with a SATA 3.0 cable˙˙
Second observation was in game, PUBG. Game was showing 60 fps with no fps drops, but it was so much lagging.
than I reInsalled game to HDD and game was so much playable after that.

Latest BIOS version installed, AHCI mode enabled.
Motherboard have 2x SATA 6Gb/s + 2x SATA 3Gb/s, both SSD & HDD are connected to 6 Gb/s port with 6 Gb/s SATA cable.

I did SSD benchmarks with AsSSD software, here are results.

30-40GB free space

then 2 possibility:

- the A400 itself really is so bad even if you havent used all that much of its capacity. It is one of the low end name brand SSDs available out there.

- You could try TRIM, windows has it built-in. Just look up "how to defrag HDD in Windows" and use the same software on it.

It still is not good overall but this is highest result of mine

IDK if I did something or it is like random?

https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28284521

EDIT: 1hr after... https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28287286

So I guess I figured out what is main problem, it`s Kingston A400...

I need to buy better SSD and problem is solved.

I guess it`s normal result for cheap DRAM-less SSD.

DON`T BUY DRAM-LESS SSD GUYS!!
