Issue with 3 screens

when im playing a game on 3 screens my middle and right screen look fine but the left one always has some weird thing going on...any help out here? this picture doesnt show how bad it really is...

You're going to have to provide a little more info than that if you want a helpful answer. Screen specs? Graphics card? Connection interfaces you're using? etc, etc...

Using 40” tv Sanyo. Gpu gtx1080 all connected through DisplayPort to hdmi and 1 hdmi

You're using three Sanyo 40" TVs?

Swap the connections on the outer monitors and set the surround again. See if it swaps over or if the left side is still the issue.

They are different tvs but I’ll swap after work and let u know. Thanks for the idea

I swapped the display ports around and no such luck...still an issue on the left screen....hope i dont need a new gpu...this ones still fairly expensive

i should probably also so this is only a thing in games..not videos or desktop

Well 1080's  are quite cheap at the moment. But you should have other ports. Not sure which on you have but one of mine has 5 ports on it.

you must have lots of money mick, they still look expensive to me lol. but i've switched over to different ports in different combinations...it's always the left side that has the issue

It goes away if I set the render down to 66 in options for modern warfare while keeping full res. Doesn’t do it in any other game I’ve tried

Still trying to get it gone with full render though if anyone has any more thoughts

Then it could be the glitch that many have issues with on the game. Plenty of render issues. Supposedly redownloading the game is the only fix. 
You narrowed down the card, cable and monitor. Which means it’s the software. 
also the game naturally supports surround? You aren’t using a fixer?
