You would need a router compatible with "bonding" to pull this off. It takes two connections and puts them into a single router to give higher bandwidth. You do lose a % of the total amount though so don't expect speed A + speed B

As said previously, you can bond the connection, but it's generally not going to increase your speed. If you download something, it's going to go as fast as whichever connection is the fastest. Bonding is intended primarily for load balancing and redundancy.
