Confirming Build for a second time....

I have changes a few things around, you can find the first post here -> http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/109251-planning-pc-build-help/

My first thoughts was that I was going to mainly play games, But I would like to start editing.     (Also higher end things in your PC come with bragging rights :P)

So I would like to know if this Rig is good for what I am planning to do.

CPU:  Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($304.99 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler:  Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler  ($97.16 @ Amazon)
Motherboard:  Asus MAXIMUS VI GENE Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($203.79 @ Newegg)
Video Card:  MSI GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card (2-Way SLI)  ($249.99 @ Microcenter)
Video Card:  MSI GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card (2-Way SLI)  ($249.99 @ Microcenter)
Case:  Corsair 350D Window MicroATX Mid Tower Case  ($97.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply:  Corsair CX 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($64.99 @ Microcenter)
Optical Drive:  Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer  ($16.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $1541.82
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)
(Generated by PCPartPicker 2014-02-23 04:40 EST-0500)
As you can probably see the theme is Red and Black. I would like to ask if there are any improvements I can make without spending anymore.  (I already have one of the graphics cards and it is easier to sli.)

Muck Thanks :)
For anyone wondering why I am upgrading here is why ->http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/2KGPG
And I am from Australia. So things are a little more expensive. I posted the Pcpartpicker as American because I have noticed Americans are the people that are predominantly on this forum.

Why don't you reuse your RAM, HDD and the DVD/CD drive? Other than that your setup is very good :).

what's your max budget?

I would change the 760 SLI to a 780 and would also do this:

Get a cheaper 1tb hard drive, the WD black won't make a noticeable difference AT ALL.

Definitely get an SSD at that budget.

Get a cheaper motherboard, and use that towards SSD budget. A decent Z87 130$ motherboard from gigabyte will do (the asus Z87 motherboards at that price point look like total poo)

PS: water cooling is kind of a waste of money, but if you want to do it for the looks, go for it I guess.

The RAM is running at 1.65 volts compared to the 1.5 volts used with haswell. As for reusing parts, my old rig will be given to my brother soo yeah.

I already have one 760 and can't afford a 780, as for the hdd would you recommend a 500GB hard drive with a 128/256 GB Ssd.

Any way I am getting the Asus board because of the colour and because its Micro Atx, the only other option I liked was the Asus Gryphon But that wasn't the right colour.

Ah, k. Well yeh, get a 500GB Barracuda or WD Blue, with a 840 EVO, it depends on your budget though to how much space you can get.

Probably only 1300 USD with out one of the Gpu's

About the Motherboard what is a good gigabyte Micro Atx one that you would recommend I might look into them.

are you sure you want to go with a 350d? Because it's a microatx case but with the size of a midsize atx case basically. If you want to go small I there are much smaller micro ATX cases that will still easily fit all the components you want.

And from what I understand, you want your build to be focused around a red color right?

I like the 350D but I am interest to hear what case you recommend. And yes I would like the theme to be red and black.

Well if you want a window to show off your pc guts, the 350d is pretty much your only bet as far as microatx cases go (there's also the fractal design arc midi r2 but that case is kind of ugly I think). I was thinking more about midtower PCs. The NZXT H440 for example has a window, is an awesome case and even has a black and red version!

Here are some pics of that case:

Do you think the Micro Atx Motherboard will look small in this?

yes it'll look kind of silly. Are you asking that because you already have the motherboard?

Nope. I don't have the motherboard. What ATX motherboard would you recommend. Black or black and red preferebly.

Asus fatality motherboard is cheap and awesome, and the perfect color scheme:

I had no idea you were in autralia haha. You should use the Australian version of pcpartpicker (top right corner) for the correct prices, and tell me your total budget in AUD.

Lol sorry I mentioned it. But thought it was easier if I posted it as American due to Americans being the ones that usually respond to these posts.

As for the motherboard

Basically exactly what I would get if I were you.

If I were going with the 350d I would get the same exact stuff but the maximus 4 gene instead (mostly has to do with looks, but a gigabyte z87x motherboard would be great too)
