No no no, the card does not consume that amount of power at all.

 

It is just the recommended wattage your power supply needs. 550W PSU will be fine for this card.

If ore both. A 2060 Super uses about 180 - 200W on its own. A decent 500W power supply is all you need.

 

Do also consider a 5700 non XT as it's usually cheaper for slightly better performance
