Want to build my first PC

Budget (including currency): Between 500 and 800-900$ CAD but try to keep it close to 600 lmao

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: General school work like powerpoint, Word etc... Also gaming like Warzone, Rainbow Six Siege, Dead by Daylight

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I'm open for new peripherals but don't need a new mouse or keyboard. However, I do need a monitor(single monitor only). I want to try and keep this build pretty cheap since It'll be my first build ever.

If you want to keep it as cheap as possible, I'd recommend trying to source your local used market.
