Dead gpu ?

Now I’m very confused about this cause I’ve seen a few dead GPUs and nothing seems like this one. Evga gtx 1050ti running into HDMI to my Samsung 4K smart tv , and then a Samsung 60hz 1080p monitor. The monitor display dose this almost consistently after the computer “sleeps” . ( forgetting about it and it goes to the screen saver ) the monitor will go completely blank , and then takes a few tries of getting it back , it flashes a bunch while trying . And when I finally get it , it looks like this . I reset the pc and it’s perfect fine . The card has been overclocked by the previous owner so I don’t the exact specs he was running , but I’ve got it running stock , and have a preset saves for extra fan usage and that’s it . What’s the problem ?

I thought it might starting to die , just wasn’t 100% . That’s fine this is just a placeholder card anyway , and if it dies it dies it’s not that big of a loss . I just hope it’s the display being a dick
