Computer stuttering during Audio/Video/Web Playback

I've been notice my computer would freeze for about a sec or 2 during playback of a video / music etc. Not sure whats causing it.

So when you say video play back 

Do you mean like premiere pro or like decoding a video in YouTube ?

This is a stupid question

But since decoding usually is done through the i-gpu you shouldn't have any problem with it 

So maybe check your internet

Its happening but because it happens when not even running many programs in the background. It so hard to screenshot / record because it only lasts for 1-2 seconds. So far I'm not sure whether its a Memory issue because my ram usage is at about 40% or a software issue.

40 % is a lot especially if your only video decoding 

Maybe check task manager and make sure nothing is running

3 main ones are Malwarebytes, Bitdefender free and Google Chrome.

Do you absolutely need an anti malware and an anti viruse software ?
