So after turning the xmp profile on i still remain at 2133 mhz not 3200 mhz. And i tried manually clocking but pc won't boot at 3200 mhz. Specs are ryzen 5 3600 and asrock x370 pro 4 ( Both 3200 capable) And the ram is gskill f4-3200c16d-16VKB

What’s the voltage the ram is running at?

you can try increasing the volts by 0.050 reboot then up the ram speed little by little until you get the desired results

My x470 Tachi is 3200 capable yet it won't run the sticks at 3200 - At 3000 it's fine, just not 3200.
Just remember with any OC'ing there is no guarantee of results.

It's going back to 2133 as a default speed so the system will boot, you can try different speeds such as 2666 to start with and see how far you can take it. If you haven't already, perhaps a BIOS update would improve things.

Unfortunately it's like that sometimes - You have to work with what it will give you. 😔
