Overclocking Memory

Is there really a point to it in day-to-day use? Will it improve my Minecraft serves performance? 

 

How much does it degrade my RAM if I just use stock voltage?

I wanted to know if it would help MY minecraft servers performance, and now I can't even boot. And I don't think there is a huge difference for day to day use,

I know that, but now you have me curious if it does help and I want to do it as well.

ik that, but i've never seen a huge difference from day to day, maybe, just maybe it can help on a minecraft server for things like large world edits and things of that sort. May clear some server lag too

I run all of my servers off a RAMDisk so I guess in a sense yes?

hmm isnt it more about the amount of RAM? 
yes RAM speed has something to do with it aswell but i belive everything over 32g will run a MC server just exellent.

i've heard overclocking RAM isnt that smart, but it would be fun to try this out! maybe it will make the server run better?
