So I have a rtx 2060 and recently I noticed that the card is not boosting in games. The base clock is 1365 and when it boosts it goes up to 1950mhz. But when I play games like Fortnite it stays at the base clock. But then when I close Fortnite and run a stress test in kumbuster and boosts. Any fixes ?

What frame rate are you getting and what refresh rate are you at?

CPU usage?

Vsync enabled or disabled?

I lock it at 60 frames because my monitor is only 60 hertz and I have vsync off in Fortnite

Fortnite is taking like 30% of cpu

Is it maintaining 60fps?  If it is, then naturally it wont boost as it will only go as fast as required to hit the frame rate you capped it at.
