Grats on your machine.

No other comments since you said parts were purchased and you were fine with unnecessary stuffs.

Man, that's a good chunk of change. Since you know it's unnecessary and excessive I won't give you any grief about it. Have fun!

As to which RGB strips, the Aura Terminal has 4 ARGB ports so you just need 5V addressable strips (referred to as ARGB, Digital RGB, or DRGB). Pick your poison/rainbow. Or if you really want to stick with Asus as much as possible: ASUS ROG Addressable RGB

@lee32uk why not pre-order? I didn't want to start my new pc build by being a generation behind already. Also I'm sure the maximus XII and 10900k are going to be significantly better than whatever gigabyte motherboard from 2013 that I have now and my i7-4770k.

Always better to wait for reviews, then you don't get your fingers burnt. I would have waited until after the embargo on May 20th.

If the rumours are true regarding CometLake then the i9 10900K pulls as much power as an RTX 2080 i.e around 224W. Considering a 16 core 3950X pulls about 146W that just shows how bad14nm+++++++++ is.
