BLACK SCREEN , GPU FAN 100%

spec : 
-ryzen 3600
-asrock b450 pro 4

-team elite plus 16 gb 2x8GB 2666mhz
-be quiet u9 500w
-xfx rx 590 fatboy ( 20.4.2 DRIVER ) 

im struggling with this problem 
just using for like 2 weeks
black screen , gpu fan 100% . when 40-50 min gaming and 20-30min with occt 3d 

ALREADY DID 
- change psu with corsair same thing happen
- using gpu in another pc no problem at all for 2 days 
-change ram with corsair vengeance same thing happen

- change ssd same thing happen

-reinstal windows 10 1909 and 1903 same thing happen
