Logitech G603 unresponsive. HELP PLEASE.

So i have the logitech G603 for a year now and slow its starting to be unresponsive sometimes, like when i dont use for an hour and be back, its non responsive,, then after clicking n moving for a minuite or turning off and on and it finally moves, its not happening always but sometimes, once i had to reinsert batteries for it to work, also battery is new and shows full in logitech software. help plz...

did you enter the performance mode? they tend to turn down automatically to save battery in standard mode if I remember correctly
