GPU temperature

Hello everyone, just a quick question. What is a safe temperature for a GPU to run at under heavy load? My card came with the temperature limit set to 83⁰C and I feel like this is pretty low.

Yeah don't get my wrong, I'm not constantly pinned at 83. I'm usually in the lower 70s while gaming. It only gets that hot while benchmarking

I have pretty good airflow in my case so while gaming I usually stay in the low 70s. I'm using a gtx 1060 6gb mini. I use a custom curve. The only time I ever come close to 80 is while benchmarking. This was more just a general question
