Graphics card not posting

My AMD RX560 OC isn't posting the psu is 450W Corsair on a B450 with a Ryzen 3 3200G, help

Did yo have a prior GPU?  Did you remove the old Driver?

No it's all new even the motherboard

No all the components are new so I didn't have a prior GPU

WHat if you plug the monitor into the motherboard instead of the GPU, does that work?

Yes the integrated works, it's  also on an ultra wide monitor

OK, that's good.  The GPU should work.  Your PSU is powerful enough, it doesn't need PCI power so there is no other connections to make.

Do you have the driver loaded?

Yes the driver is loaded it posts for a second the MSI brand but than nothing I can't go even go into bios

OK, so if I remember correctly, I had a similar issue with a 200GE I bought a while back.

Here is what I did-

Boot to the desktop with the integrated.

Hold left shift Key and go through the options to boot into safe mode.

Plug the monitor into the GPU and boot into safe mode.  I got into the safe mode desktop here.

I then used DDU to remove the driver from the system

I rebooted to the windows desktop with the gpu then and reinstalled the driver.

This worked for me a while back.
