Any tips?

I have a $20 gt 610 gpu, its cheap and not good, i know, but i'm looking to upgrade to something no more than $75 used on something like ebay, im thinking about a hd 5850 or r7 260 but i'm scared their bad cheap, please give me some help

Used is real hard because you’re generally buying someone else’s problems.  A well liked used card is a 480.  That might be out of your budget though.  One thing to be careful of is former bitcoin mining cards. They’re not automatically bad but they can have different problems.  Some of them don’t even have video outputs.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
