What do you mean by textures are not loading? can you make a screenshot ?

did it use to work before on the same system?

Download DDU run it in safe mode then install the latest drivers from nvidia website.

If that did not help reinstall the game

if that did not help then further troubleshooting is needed but please do what I suggested above first and we will go on from there.

This could fix it

But it is most likely not loading because of the memory buffer , 2gb of vram is simply not enough for today

recommended specs is:

Nvidia GTX 660 or AMD Radeon HD 7870 equivalent DX11 GPU with 2 GByte VRAM...so your gpu is just nice on the dot...

Core i5-7300U 3.5 GHz...you cpu should be better...both are 2 cores 4 threads...
8 GByte RAM...you only had minimum ram at 4GB...

after looking through all these my guess is you need more ram...xD

yea not doubt a GTX 1050 should be able to play that game and at a high framerate on top of that.

Now I don't play fortnite but from what I heard from my friends textures in that game do sometimes glitch and not load properly

So it could be just the game or the drivers

But I have my money on not enough ram

4gigs is simply really bad for today

Not at all 4gigs are enough for 1080p and fortnite in particular uses somewhere about 2.5 to 3 GB of vram on epic settings 1080p (less than 1,5 GB on low to mid settings)

That's because it has more vram available it caches more stuff in advance for efficiency   reasons  btw I just showed you a video running a 1050 ti at epic settings and it used ~2.5GB of Vram and there was no texture issue lol

It's ridiculous to think that a fairly modern GPU cant play a game from 2017 which doesnt have that much demanding graphics anyway

its minimum requirements  is a intel hd 4000 IGPU....

well then its better to contact epic games support https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/fortnite-c75

Since the fact that you reinstalled the game and didnt work while you are not able to open doors (because if it was just a client side issue -the client in our case is your pc- and things didnt get rendered good then it doesnt mean that a door cant be triggered if server knows a door is there on your location and you click the "open" button, so its probably a bug related to the game itself rather than your GPU or its drivers or the rest of your system)

But as I said you could try to download DDU and run it on safemode and then reinstall the latest drivers you can download from here https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

to check if it will help anything

what you could also do is push the windows key + R

on the new window type dxdiag and push enter

if on the new window no error is found then go microsoft's page for downloading DX runtime https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

download it and run it (careful there is a checkbox that asks you to install bing bar... which I guess you wouldnt like so uncheck it)

this will verify and download if necessary any missing/altered dx files
