I am unsure, I was disappointed as well.. You may be able to find it somewhere else online but they do not include it for any of the latest drivers, to my knowledge.

I just got a new 2080 super (replacing my 980ti) and I am trying to make sure this thing is fully functional and installed.

I noticed that while the drivers install without error and I also tried doing it through geforce exp without error, that the Nvidia control panel is missing in entirety.

This is what ive done so far with no luck:

  • DDU in safe mode to remove all drivers
  • Nvidias game ready drivers
  • installation through geforce experience
  • restarting the nvidia services
  • trying to locate the file that launches the nvidia control panel in C:// and that didnt work either.

I am at a complete loss. How can I gain access to the control panel?

At some point, nvidia removed the control panel from their drivers and moved it over to the windows store for whatever reason.

It can be downloaded for free over there.

That is disappointing. Is that seriously the only way to access it now?
