will a pentium G630 bottleneck with the 1030 only asking cause i have an old pc not trying to upgrade cpu

so you think i would not be able to play csgo thats it other than youtube and maybe valorant

You should be able to play them (assuming the rest of your system meets their minimum requirements), but your CPU will likely be bottlenecking that GT1030. Bottlenecking doesn't mean it won't work, just that it won't work to its maximum.

do nto get a gpu and go with ryzen 5 3400g. it is much better than gtz 1030

Not on memoryexpress it isn't, but it is currently out of stock. You could get the 3200G or 2400G.
