So my friend gave me his old gtx evga 970 ftw because i was wanting to build my own pc, fast forward and ive got all my parts in, build it all and do the windows 10 pro install and boom on setup it crashes and I originally didnt know what was wrong (i was very new at the time) so i tried everything (new ram, different boot drive, new windows 10 installer) and came to the result that the gpu was bad so i bought a new 5700xt everything worked perfectly (ryzen 5 3600x, x570 mobo, 750 psu, 16gb 3600 ram) but i just tried to run the computer with the 970 in there as a second gpu (not even using it for display) and when i got into windows not 10 seconds after signing in the system crashes (windows has run into an unexpected error screen) so i shut down and pulled it out,  i did at one point try to update the drivers on the 970 but it didnt seem like it did anything im not sure what to do from here. Is it just a dead gpu at this point?
