GPU shroud is slightly touching a RAM socket clip.

In my mobo, my current large sized GPU touches the white RAM socket clip (just the top plastic shroud/cover of the GPU though). Is this a problem ? Can the 2 white clips on the ends of a RAM socket take temperature?

 

Also, I don't think the plastic GPU shroud gets hot anyway. Just want to be sure.
