Solved by Flight1sim,
ok i seem to have solve the problem
I replaced my HDD, with a 256GB SSD, and restored my laptop to windows 7..
Seems to be fine now, no freezing, but temps are the same
I plan to open my laptop and clean the heatsink, and reapply thermal paste.
