Slow internet

Hello guys i have an asus h310 plus motherboard. My internet speed is 30 mb/s but whenever i download something speed goes up to 10 mb/s only. Is it possible that my motherboard simply can't use more then 10 mb/s of the internet speed?

 

 

Btw when i use Wi-Fi instead of the internet cable the speed reaches its maximum.

Maybe your Ethernet cable has something wrong with it
