Hello so I've been having trouble keeping a steady lag free gaming experience with my setup. I know it has the potential to do it but I obviously suck at overclocking and/or don't have it down yet. My goal is to have constant 240 fps in fortnite. I would love to have that while streaming but that's not the main goal. My current set up consists of :

CPU-Ryzen 5 1600af

GPU-EVGA RTX 2060 KO Ultra, I also have MSI GTX 1060 6gb armor ocv1 but I know dual gpus aren't recommended

RAM-TridentZ 16gb 2x8 RGB c16 3200mhz runs at like 2133 stock though

MOTHERBOARD- gigabyte b450 aorus m

PSU-Thermaltake Smart 600W 80+white

COOLING-stock wraith cooler and tt pure argb fansx3 one in back and 2 in front of case

CASE-H200 snow edition rgb

STORAGE-samsung evo 970 plus m.2 ssd, 250gb inland ssd, and i formated my old xbox one x 1tb hdd for storage

Can anyone help me push 240 frames consistant?

Also my monitor is AOC Agon AG271FZ2 27" Gaming Monitor, FHD 1920x1080, Freesync, 240Hz, 0.5ms, Quickswitch Keypad

make sure ram is in slots 2 and 4, go into bios and enable xmp, to allow the ram to run at 3200. that should increase fps by at least 20%.

I will try that but I beleive anytime I run xmp my games crash, tells me to make sure to upgrade to the most up to date video card drivers in which I've already ddu'd and reinstalled latest
