Buying my first PC

So, I am going to buy my first PC and I need help. I really want to know if the pc im getting is going to play games like gta and battlefield at high fps.

The PC has an Intel Core i3-9100F 3.6Ghz, a GTX 1050 2gb memory, 8gb of ram DDR4 and a 240gb ssd (i will put an hdd afterwards) for 550 euros.

Is it worth buying or should i look for another build?

is this a second hand built? it's pretty expensive for the performance. 

 

this for a new system would have much much better performance

The GTX 1050 2GB is a joke of a card. You don't need it. It's not worth buying nor going for an Intel system.

The builds that @boggy77 and @F.E.A.R. posted are both good options. I personally would opt to get a beefier/newer GPU than a RX570 but that's me. Also check out another similarly priced build that F.E.A.R posted, personally I think I'd aim for something like that (then maybe save up for a CPU upgrade).
