Hello there...

As there is such open thread, maybe someone can assist me.

is there any GuRu that could help me understand all features of OBS?)
I have watched Linus videos... wait... or it is not Linus? Strange... the channel named not Linus! its some kind of EposVox.... Strange... he looks like Linus... or Linus looks like him? They look similar... Maybe, because of Beards?
Nevermind!
SO! here is my setup.

AMD 3950x

Gigabyte X570 Aorus elite

MSI 730GT 2GDDR5 version

Seasonic 750 Platinum

2x8GB DDR5 GSKill Trudent Z 3200

1xEvo SATA SSD for 120 GB

1xPro SAta SSD for 512 GB (dont remeber which models)

1х1TB Seageta Baracuda HDD

I am not going to stream or be a streamer. I am not going to make Gaming content.
For this moment i just want to understand how everything works and how to use streaming programs and platform.

I have tried to stream some games diretly to Twitch using x.264 codec. It was intresting experiance. But during settiing i have found that when i stream uisng BitRate higher that 2500, on twitch i have sound, but no video(black screen)

When bitRate is 2500 it's fine.

I have tried Slow, Medium and Fast - no reaction. Sometime stream starts fine, but suddenly either video freeze or i have black screen with sound.

I have tried to watch EposVox beginner's guide. An still i have such problems.

Video not showing is because of something else than bitrate. 2500kbps is very low bitrate considering your hardware. Whats your upload speed? The recommended bitrates depend on streaming service you use.

Twitch https://stream.twitch.tv/

Youtube https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2853702

Mixer https://watchbeam.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038140511-Stream-Settings-Recommended-Bitrate

So what settings you are aiming to stream at? What kind of content? Basic/default settings in OBS are good for most use cases, but as you can see from Twitch guide, they have some things you should check to match.
