I need help....

So this is going to seem like a very stupid question but it is seriously. So i have a membrane keyboard (Logitek k120) and the numberpad i just cant handle, I find it is in the way of my right hand with the mouse. So is it possible to basically cut the numberpad off? It is only a $12 AUD keyboard so not much to lose....... and a new keyboard aint a option as i really cant afford one

Highly doubt it, but I guess it depends on how the board is build and where the important controllers are.

Chances of success are low, but not zero IMO. Be prepared to buy a new keyboard.

probably not, keyboards generally just have 1 big PCB with a chip on it and contact switches under the plastic shroud, and unless you know your way around a multimeter and know how that stuff works, its difficult to verify that it wont kill it

you could try though, i wouldnt if its your only keyboard

Also if you exposes any metal peaces or wires you can get electrocuted if you accidentally touche them.

They would most undoubtedly be doing it while the keyboard is unplugged so thats a non issue

I men't if he does not cover up the sawed off part while using the keyboard.
