Help Needed! Rx570 Fans @100% Speed and No Display

4 months back i bought a used RX 570, it ran fine until yesterday when the display suddenly went off and GPU rampped up to 100% speed, i powered off the system for 10 minutes and then i restarted. Still no display and full fan speed.

I removed the card and ran the system on onboard graphics, it is running fine.

Thinking of re applying the thermal paste but i don't know maybe the card is dead?

Help me sort out this issue if you can.
