So i recently got a new pc but for some reason i get low fps for the specs i have. The cpu and gpu doesnt bottleneck and the cpu isnt at 100%. All temps are below 80 i play on full max settings no vsync but i dont get what its suppose to give me

Cpu: I7-8700k

CPU Cooler: Corsair h100i v2

Mobo: Gigabyte Z370XP SLI

Memory: Ballistix 16gb (Task manager says its 2400)

Storage: 2 SSD'S 250gb, 2TB HHD

GPU: gigabyte gtx 1080

Case: NZXT 340S

Power Supply: 600W PSU

OS: Windows 10

 

I also did this UserBenchmark and here are the results:

UserBenchmarks: Game 101%, Desk 95%, Work 87%
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K - 94.9%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080 - 105.7%
SSD: Microsoft Storage Space Device 253GB - 105.8%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB (2016) - 86.4%
USB: General UDisk 2GB - 2.9%
RAM: Crucial BLS8G4D240FSE.16FBD 2x8GB - 81.3%
MBD: Gigabyte GA-Z370XP SLI-CF
 

BENCHMARKS:

Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare: 200fps

Battlefield V: 60FPS

CSGO: 130FPS

Escape From Tarkov: 60FPS

Starwars Fallen Order: 80FPS

GTAV: 70FPS

Rainbow Six: 80FPS

Looks like the result of frame caps and vsync.

 

Suggest u check ur options both ingame and in nvcp , also might want to check via nvidia inspector aswell.

BfV is very weird. Seems really does look like vsync. You doing any oversampling? Is this a fresh copy of windows?

 

Also what 600w psu is that?

yes this is a fresh copy of windows 10 and also i dont turn on vSync and i dont know what oversampling is.
