High cpu frame time

Hi ,

I started playing some game today and i noticed that i got 8.50 ms almost 9 ms on cpu frame time all my friend have like 3 to 4 ms not much ,

i wanted to know what can cause that and how to fix that

config here :

monitor : Alienware AW3418DW

Ram : DDR4 3200Hz 16GO

HDD : 1To

power supply: 850W (Gold+)

CPU : I9-9900K

SSD M.2 : 500GO +120 GO

motherboard : MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON

GPU : Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 Ti

cpu fan : Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4

Are your friends running the same set up as you though? Still from what I understand as long as the frame times are under 10ms you're fine.

Yes they have the same , i wanted to know cause they got "buget congif" and i don't know why i got the double they have

Ok find the solution i use riva tuner to cap fps on all my game , but when i manually put an fps limit on this one me cpu frame time down to 2 ms

well im stupid or this was stupid but thank for the help
