Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I need peripherals and monitor. For the resolution 1080 at 80fps or higher if possible.

thats a fairly over the top build for your use case but with $2000 you can get pretty much the best of the regular parts 

If you judge a fish based on its ability to climb trees it will go its whole life thinking its a failure.
