Simultaneous playback from two devices? HOW?

Hello everyone, i need a bit of help figuring out how to make both devices play the sound at the same time.

 

I have:

 

External Audio Interface > 6.3 Headphones + Basic USB Speakers connected via Rear IO of my PC

 

 

 

I know about Stereo Mix but it doesn't seem to work.

 

It does play sound simultaneously when i have those same headphones connected to the front case panel.
