CPU makes loud noise

A CPU cant make any noices. Do you mean the Fan?

Could be Coilwhine from the GPU.

A high pitching noise. If thats the case, it can be annoying, but is harmless.

Then Fan could be bearing, a lower, grinding noise. Onlly solution, replace the Fan.

Record the noice with your phone and uplaod it. If its bearing, just buy a new Fan. Coilwhine is nothing you can do about. Well, you could replace your Graphicscard.

Not without telling us what’s actually causing the noise...

When you say noise, that could be anything - Would help if you could describe it or do a vid as suggested.
