Hello, I have a Dell G3 Laptop, with a Core i5-9300H, 8gb RAM, and a GTX 1660ti Max Q. I have set up two monitors on the system, one using the HDMI port, the second using the thunderbolt port. However there is no option, not even visible but grayed out, to enable nvidia surround on my set up. It won't even recognize the laptop screen itself as a monitor. Any help?

Are all of your screens set to the same resolution and and refresh rate as they would need to be for Nvidia surround. I am not sure that the Max-Q or mobile SKU's will support Nvidia surround, but cannot find any up to date information on this.
