Hey guys, I've been working at this for a while and I could really use a hand with this. I purchased a new PC and decided to give my old one to a family member. The day I gave him my pc it was working just fine, i had just reinstalled windows and installed some programs he wanted before I gave it to him.

Once he receives the computer, he tried to load into a game of csgo, and during the loading screen it just blacks out. The RGB lights are still on and the fans are still spinning. And the monitors are still receiving some sort of input cause the backlight stays on and doesn't display no signal.

All I can think of is a PSU Problem or maybe a heat shutdown, but I dont think it's a heat shutdown cause the fans stay running, and when my pc heat shutdown one time everything was off.

Thanks guys, any help is appreciated

Intel Core I5-6402p

Radeon RX-480

WD Blue 1 TB

Msi B150m Bazooka

Thermaltake ttp-0600p-w

Ballistix Sport LT 16GB

All i did was allocate more power to the gpu to see if the gpu was not getting enough power and switched out the sata cable for the hdd with an extra i had laying around the house
it boots and works just fine but shuts down randomly, under load increases the odds of it shutting down.

What are your temps? And what do you mean you allocated more power to the gpu..?
