My friend is looking to start playing some AAA games and starting to stream. I have put together a rig but wanting to see what else I could do before I send it over to her

 

EDIT- We know that Ryzen 4th Gen and Nvidia is releasing their 3000 series. We will wait for them but I am showing her the rough cost of a decent machine now

Right now the B450 motherboards will not support the next gen Ryzen (R3 3300, 3300X and 4000 series) processors.   So I would see about a X570 motherboard instead.

I'd drop the hyper 212 as it doesn't perform much better than the stock cooler. Then, with the money saved and with the rest of the budget, get the Asus Prime X570-P. AMD have confirmed that B450 boards won't support next gen so if you are planning too upgrade in the near future, an X570 board would be the way to go.

 

I also assume the budget is £1,200 instead of £12,000?

It's 1200 on the dot - if less would be better, you can stick with the 3200MHz ram you initially had in your build - this one's slightly faster with tight timings. I also chose a better NVMe SSD, went with the x570 board and got you a better PSU - the SeaSonic Evo x20W series is pretty bad, especially for that price.
