Running hot!

Hye guys i was just wondering why my Ryzen 7 2700X is running at 50 C at idel occasionally, also the Voltage is up at around 1.45 - 1.5 is this normal??

Specs:
MSI Meg Edge Wifi X570
Ryzen 7 2700X
ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 2080
32GB Corsair Vengance LPX 3000MHz 2x16GB sticks
