Something maybe got updated automatically?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Have you taken a look at your motherboard's manual? It usually describes the problem you're facing with a POST code. If that light isn't a POST code. Try to find a POST code. Write back when you have found the post code and couldn't find a solution to the problem.

This is what i found. Red Led means CPU

Alright, so there is a CPU problem. Have you tried to reseat the CPU? Perhaps it's a RAM problem. Try reseating your RAM. To get more information we need a POST code. These used to be beeps a your computer made. With 1 beep being a successful Power On Self Test. Most motherboards don't ship with the speaker anymore but the speaker pins are still available and functional. You can read these pins by connecting an LED to it (for example your power on LED). There should be annother section in your motherboard manual with more details on these post codes.

smokers sometimes dont clean their cases for years. your case doesnt look terrible so I dont think its dust. Do you have a different cpu to test with? perhaps you can rent one

I think its impossible now. Its quarantine here. Just odd, it just turns out like that. Turned it off properly. Dont know what's wrong. I cleared cmos, tried ram trouble shooting. I even get the motherboard out of the case. And no beep error code.
