absurd response times

for some reason it shows Disk 0 as C and D my guess is you have partitions on a single disk which would mean if anything accesses both partitions it would slow itself down as it does multiple operation on the same disk at the same time.

 

the reason why crystal disk mark shows low response times is because you are using it to measure it which in turn means windows has to wait as the disk is 100% utilized.

Unless you have performance issues just ignore this number.
