its o.c. to 4.4ghz via asus ai suite app tempd max out at about 67c and pc is watercooled 360 rad and swiftech cpu block. hit 74c max when running furmark on a 290x at same time.

 

would this be whats causing my stuttering in cs:go and windows media center.

have you looked in the stress.txt file?  I would guess its saying that you oc is unstable not calculating correctly.

think i found the issue. after an hr of googling i found it my be a mem issue. so i used windows installer dvd's memtest says hardware errors contact whoever. and passmark memtest86 gets 2 random errors per pass. when i get the mental energy(long work week) i will swap with my other pc and retry.
