next gen nvidia gpus

im wondering if anybody knows when the next gen nvidia graphics cards will release or if nvidia has released any info on it because i really want to upgrade my gtx 970

Unfortunately you will have to wait to find out like everyone else. Unless someone here on the forum happens to work for Nvidia and wants to break an NDA and lose their job by telling you...

alright i hope theyre coming out this year, hopefully within the next few months. but the pandemic kinda messes things up.

Right now the expectation is they will be released sometime either late this year or early next year, but that is just speculation and they could be released whenever Nvidia wants to.

I think Nvidia will launch his new architecture very soon....ampere .

This will mean they will show us their new 100 000$  dgx super computer and probably talk about self driving cars and Ai for an hour or more...and say not a word about gaming cards.

 

Then a few months later will come time to show us the Quadro cards ampere...and THEN a few more months later will come the gaming cards...

 

So I wouldn't hold my breath on this one.
