Rooted smartphone to unrooted

Can you possibly restore back to normal when the smartphone is rooted? (Unrooted)

You can just flash a stock rom on there normally, and then it will be unrooted. Whether or not you bootloader will remain unlocked or show that it has been unlocked or anything like that, will depend on the phone. Look for your phone on http://xda-developers.com and you should be able to find more info on your specific model if it is listed there.
