Hey, my knowledge about networking are very basic , I bought a wireless router to extend a bit the internet in my house as my modem is terrible and changing is a painful  process as i need to contact my ISP and tell them to set my modem instead of their one . The router i bought is  Tp-Link Archer C50 AC1200 , is there a way of me setting my router so I have 1 Wi-Fi  that works everywhere in my house instead off 3 separate once  (Old Modem + TPLink 2.4Ghz + TPLink 5Ghz) . The old modem is  TalkTalk HG633 .

You could also use both, but it depends on many factors how well it works. Personally I have 2 APs set up, one downstairs, one upstairs, both on 2.4GHz with the same SSID while on different channels (something generally not recommended) and it works pretty well. The 2 APs appear to be the same network on client devices and most devices I have automatically switch to the right AP when I move around the house, so I always get a good signal strength.

However, if this works depends very much on the distance between the APs (if they're too close devices will keep switching all the time which isn't good for stability) and the devices used (both clients and APs.) A safer option is to use a different SSID on both APs and manually switch over when you want to do so. Or you could of course just switch off the old AP completely.
