Pc won't post

So a while ago I found an old pc in the basement and I decided to take it apart clean it and try to fix it but I'm stuck. I have tried to reset the CMOS, tried new ram but nothing

heres the specs

MB: AsRock Conroe 1333-DVI/h

CPU: Intel core 2 Duo E6750

GPU: none

PSU: Random 500W unit

HDD: WD Blue

Maybe PSU? The HDD could have failed

OS: Windows 10

Status: Main PC

Cinebench R23 score: 9097 (multi) 1236 (single)

the new psu just arrived so I'll try that

check all of your connections maybe the psu got so old it stopped working. Also check for bent pins in the socket
