changing cpu mobo and ram

At the moment i have a pc with: fx-6400w, 8gb ram ddr3, 1050ti 4gb, 400w psu.
i want to change ram cpu mother board of course and psu only if needed, i want to keep the 1050ti for now because i don't need to upgrade it yet. do you guys think i can but only cpu ram and motherboard and still use the same psu (400w) considering i want to switch over to a r5 3600, 16gb ddr4 3200mhz and a tomahawk max or i need to get also a psu like a 650w or a 700w considering that i will more than probably buy my friend's 2070ti in the future?

If it's a decent 400W then it should be ok for your planned upgrade - but it's not going to be enough for a 2070.

what model psu is it? there are very few reliable 400w psu so you would be lucky to ahve one of them.

Most 400W units are horrid. A power supply upgrade is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
