This started happening about 2 weeks ago and only when I would play COD:MW. Then it started happening in other games too, and occasionally even after I've closed the game and a minute or two later my desktop (web browser, teamspeak etc) is stuttering too. Audio stutters along with video. Fps drops from 140 to 1-5. I have 3 monitors and the stuttering happens across the board.

Short clips i recorded tonight to show

Example A

Example B

Example A I noticed that disk usage was going up a bit on Disk 0. Example B a download started in the background and disk storage went up on Disk 3. Both COD:MW and LOL are on Disk 2. The GPU drops in the case were from me ALT +TABing out of game, however when I play COD:MW i play on full screen so sometimes i do notice the GPU usage drop, however oddly enough it doesn't always drop. Happened again while typing up my specs, no disk spikes, gpu at 3% constant just watching a youtube video. It happened again with a spike on Disk 0 and only stopped once I paused the youtube video with the disk usage dropping down.

Yeah I’ve been restarting my pc before I want to play anything but last night was really bad as it happened within 30 minutes of restarting.
