Explorer freezes after startup

Everytime I start my pc and open a folder the explorer freezes and either eventually crashes and restarts or resumes to work after a minute. I‘m running the latest version of drivers, chipset drivers, bios and windows 10. Is there something I can do? I already did all the stuff the windows support recommends to do, with no effect.


my pc: amd 3600x, aorus x570 elite, wd black sn750 500gb, 2tb samsung 860 qvo, 16gb 3200 cl15 ram, rtx 2070s
