My PC does not turn on

Lenovo Legion Y520T-25IKL

I can’t seem to fix this problem. The computer ”starts” but does not show anything on the screen. Everything is spinning, giving lights, but no picture. Although it says on the monitor that there is something pluggen in. I have tried out my monitor with another computer and the monitor is fully functioning. I have tried almost every tutorial and now I can only get help from the forum.

And did you just build the PC or did it just happen all of a sudden?
