New Build Confirming!

Hi everyone!

 

I'm currently planning on building a new pc specifically for gaming, to maximize FPS for the dollar. I am aware that these specs in particular are the best dollar per FPS value to the best of my knowledge, especially in the games I want to run in comparison to similar priced components so please don’t build any new lists. I’m more wanting to run this by informed people, get a green light, and see if anyone else had any bits of advise or points I should know about as someone who’s been out of the pc loop for 3 years.

Is there anything I should know going into this build in terms of components, as well as if anyone knows when there might be some sales going around? (Aside from Black Friday)

 

On a final note, a bunch of these components were actually on sale not long ago and the build was much more around $1100 and I am aware I could possibly save a few dollars here and there, but I want this unit to last, and be performing, all for a decent price.
